We established EverWarm Central Heating in 2008 when I realised that Wellington homes needed a better combination of quality central heating products with an equivalent level of personal service. I'd always been a strong advocate for central heating as the only way to warm a Wellington home, but felt that people would benefit from the best available products from the world's leading manufacturers, together with a more professional approach to every aspect of installation and maintenance. As you can see from the quotes and case studies below, the ensuing eight years have provided ample proof of the success of our mission. I'm proud of the fact that we're now Wellington's leading central heating specialists, but I'm aware that we'll only remain so by striving for continuous improvement. I'm also proud of the fact that many of our projects come about through recommendations from existing EverWarm clients.

As Director of EverWarm I take full responsibility for every aspect of our company's performance, from design to installation and beyond. I ensure that everything we do, everything we recommend, is in our clients' best interests, because when it comes to one of the most important aspects of home living there can be no short cuts, no compromises. That's why we feature Bosch products. They're not the cheapest. But they are the best. With regular maintenance they'll deliver many years of trouble-free comfort.

EverWarm recently installed our central heating. Ants provided a professional service and gave great advice on the best solution for our home. He walked us through the project and we are very happy with the outcome.
The Bosch boiler installed blends into the laundry and looks just like any of the other appliances in the room. The speed that the radiators heat the rooms is outstanding - creating a warm feel through the whole house. The radiators themselves blend into the background and are not an outstanding feature of the room.
The system is controlled via a smart looking WiFi capable thermostat, which is very easy to use. We have downloaded the app for the phone and this worked first time, giving us remote control of the house from anywhere in the country.
I would not hesitate in recommending EverWarm central heating to anyone looking for a smart efficient heating system for their home. 10 out 10!

Warm and efficient

After installing radiator central heating in Marcus’ two-storey home in Wadestown, we went back a year later for routine servicing. We found Marcus’ electricity and gas bills had not changed in total amount, but whereas with a heat pump he used to heat only the kitchen, dining and hallway area, he now heats the entire house at no extra running cost.

Designed to perfection

John and Jan in Kelburn had their 1920’s villa completely renovated. They added a new downstairs kitchen and living area, creating great indoor-outdoor flow, with vast double-glazed sliding doors. While the extensive glazing meant a lack of wall space for radiators, the new concrete floor created the perfect opportunity for under-floor heating. Radiators were installed elsewhere. The central heating boiler also heats the hot water cylinder. The entire system is fully programmable, so the family have been able to set the timers to suit their busy routines.

Neat as a pin

Brian’s house in Paraparaumu posed a concealment challenge. The living area, which required three radiators, was constructed over the garage which Brian used as a gym and workshop. To avoid visible pipework we concealed the pipe in neat trunking, leaving an almost unseen finish.
Part of the house is used as a bed and breakfast, with a large open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. We heated this with contemporary radiators which are barely noticed, but certainly felt, in winter or when those cold snaps come through Wellington.

An old take on a new theme

The Murrays had lived in their 19th century brick-clad house in Karaka Bay for more than 20 years when they made the switch to central heating. They didn’t want to lose the aesthetic of their beautiful home, so they sourced refurbished cast iron radiators. We worked together to design a system that would warm their many-roomed, high-vaulted house.
Prior to getting central heating, the Murrays only used part of the house during winter. The remainder was just too cold. Now, the entire house is warm and livable, even when the worst Wellington southerly whips through.

Déjà vu

Angus and Louisa contacted EverWarm about a heating problem at their two-storey home in Wadestown. The heat pump in the kitchen/living room was blowing air on the dining area, making mealtimes uncomfortable.
We installed a radiator central heating system that created an evenly heated home for Angus, Louisa, and their kids.
The neighbours were so impressed that they asked us to install central heating in their home, too!
When Angus and Louisa moved to a new home they asked us to install central heating. We're happy to report that they have now enjoyed several EverWarm winters.
