A central heating system provides warmth to the whole building (or portion of a building) from one point to multiple rooms. It does this by moving warm water through a system of pipes to an underfloor coil or radiators.
The heat source (either a boiler or other sources depending on your requirements) is where the water is heated. The warm water is then pumped via a dedicated pipe system to the wall hung radiator panels or underfloor coil where the heat is gently and evenly distributed through the room. The water then returns to the boiler for reheating and the cycle begins again.
There are a number of ways to heat your home with central heating, usually radiators or underfloor heating. We can discuss with you the best option for your home depending upon your lifestyle, budget and the heat source that you are using.
